摘  要:应用高压毛细管流变仪测试了2种常压阳离子染料可染聚酯(ECDP-1,ECDP-2)熔体的流变性能并与常规聚酯(PET)熔体的流变性能进行对比。结果表明:ECDP-1,ECDP-2与PET熔体都属于假塑性非牛顿流体,黏度随剪切速率(γ)的增大而减小;ECDP-1,ECDP-2与PET熔体的非牛顿指数都随温度的升高而增大,ECDP-1,ECDP-2熔体的非牛顿性大于PET;ECDP-1,ECDP-2与PET熔体的黏流活化能(ΔE_(η))随γ的增大先增大后减小;在所选γ范围内,ECDP-1,ECDP-2熔体的ΔE_(η)都大于PET;ECDP-1,ECDP-2与PET熔体的结构黏度指数(Δη)随着温度的升高而减小;ECDP-1,ECDP-2熔体的Δη较PET熔体高,表明ECDP-1,ECDP-2熔体的结构化程度高于PET熔体。The rheological properties of two kinds of normal pressure easy cationic dyeable polyester(ECDP-1 and ECDP-2)melts were measueed by high-pressure capillary rheometer and was compared with those of conventional polyester(PET)melt.The results showed that ECDP-1,ECDP-2 and PET melts were all pseudoplastic non-Newtonian fluids,and their viscosity decreased with the increase of the shear rate(γ);the non-Newtonian index of ECDP-1,ECDP-2 and PET melts increased with the elevation of temperature.and ECDP-1 and ECDP-2 melt exhibited the non-Newtonian behavior more obvious than PET melt;the viscous flow activation energy(ΔE_(η))of ECDP-1,ECDP-2 and PET melts first increased and then decreased with the increase of γ;the ΔE_(η) of ECDP-1 and ECDP-2 melts was higher than that of PET melt in a given range of γ;the structural viscosity index(Δη)of ECDP-1,ECDP-2 and PET melts decreased with the increase of temperature;and the Δη of ECDP-1 and ECDP-2 melts was higher than that of PET melts,which indicated that ECDP-1 and ECDP-2 melts were more structured than PET melt.
