摘  要:将柔性的4,4′-二氨基二苯醚(4,4′-ODA)作为第三单体,与5-氯间苯二胺和间苯二甲酰氯(IPC)在N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)体系中进行低温溶液缩聚反应,制得4,4′-ODA改性含氯聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺(PMIA),并通过干喷湿法纺丝制得4,4′-ODA改性含氯PMIA纤维,对其聚合物及其纤维的结构和性能进行了研究。结果表明:经傅里叶变换红外光谱表征所合成产物为目标产物,4,4′-ODA已成功引入到含氯PMIA中;添加4,4′-ODA的摩尔分数为30%时,改性含氯PMIA聚合物的比浓对数黏度达到最大值2.6 dL/g;改性含氯PMIA纤维具有优良的力学性能,随着4,4′-ODA加入量的增加,纤维断裂强度较改性前有所下降,但断裂伸长率有所提升;改性含氯PMIA纤维具有较优异的热稳定性能和阻燃性能,其起始分解温度大于350℃,极限氧指数在30%以上。Flexible 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether(4,4′-ODA)as the third monomer was polycondensated with 5-chloro-m-phenylenediamine and isophthaloyl chloride(IPC)in N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAC)solution system at low temperature to prepare 4,4′-ODA modified chlorine-containing polyisophthaloyl metaphenylene diamine(PMIA)which was produced into 4,4′-ODA modified chlorine-containing PMIA fibers by dry jet wet spinning.The structure and properties of the polymer and fiber were studied.The results showed that the obtained product was characterized to be the target product by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,proving that 4,4′-ODA was successfully introduced into chlorine-containing PMIA;the modified chlorine-containing PMIA had the maximum inherent viscosity of 2.6 dL/g when the mole fraction of 4,4′-ODA reached 30%;the chlorine-containing PMIA fiber exhibited excellent mechanical properties after modification,and the breaking strength of the modified PMIA fiber decreased,but the elongation at break increased with the increase of 4,4′-ODA content;and the modified chlorine-containing PMIA fiber had excellent thermal stability and flame retardance with the initial decomposition temperature above 350℃ and the limiting oxygen index above 30%.
