芳香酸镧配合物的制备及其共混改性PA 66纤维的性能研究

摘  要:分别采用溶液法与低温固相法合成了芳香酸镧配合物偏苯三甲酸镧(LaTLA)和均苯四甲酸镧(LaHbtec),并用于制备共混改性聚酰胺66(PA 66)纤维;对LaTLA和LaHbtec的结构和热稳定性进行了表征,并对2种合成方法进行比较;研究了LaTLA和LaHbtec对PA 66的热性能,以及PA 66纤维的力学性能及抗黄变性的影响。结果表明:LaTLA和LaHbtec均为结晶型配合物,分子式分别为La(TLA)·2H_(2)O和La(Hbtec)·0.5H_(2)O;低温固相法产率高,但球磨实验所用试剂量大,本实验中选择溶液法;LaTLA和LaHbtec最大失重峰温分别为595℃和603℃,均具有良好的热稳定性;加入LaTLA和LaHbtec后,PA 66的初始热降解温度和最大失重速率温度都明显提高,共混物的热稳定性好;添加芳香酸镧配合物后,PA 66纤维的断裂强度略有降低,抗黄变性能提高;相同纺丝条件下,纯PA 66纤维的断裂强度为3.57 cN/dtex,黄变指数(Y_(i))为23.52,外观为土黄色,而添加LaTLA或LaHbtec质量分数为1.5%时,PA 66/LaTLA和PA 66/LaHbtec共混纤维的断裂强度分别为3.51,3.01 cN/dtex,Y_(i)分别为19.83,21.81,外观均为白色。Aromatic lanthanum complexes of lanthanum metabenzoate(LaTLA)and lanthanum pyromellitic acid(LaHbtec)were synthesized by solution method and low-temperature solid-state method respectively,and were used to prepare polyamide 66(PA 66)fiber by blend modification.The structure and thermal stability of LaTLA and LaHbtec were characterized.And the two synthesis methods were compared.The effects of LaTLA and LaHbtec on the thermal properties of PA 66 and the mechanical properties and anti-yellowing ability of PA 66 fiber were studied.The results showed that LaTLA and LaHbtec were crystalline complexes with the molecular formulas of La(TLA)·2H_(2)O and La(Hbtec)·0.5H_(2)O,respectively;low-temperature solid-state method provided high yield,but a large amount of reagents was required in ball milling experiment,so the solution method was used in this experiment;the maximum weight loss peak temperature of LaTLA and LaHbtec were 595℃and 603℃,respectively,indicating that LaTLA and LaHbtec had good thermal stability;the initial thermal degradation temperature and the temperature corresponding to the maximum weight loss rate of PA 66 were significantly increased after adding LaTLA and LaHbtec,and the thermal stability of the blends was good;the breaking strength of PA 66 fiber decreased slightly and the anti-yellowing ability increased with the addition of lanthanum aromatic complexes;and pure PA 66 fiber exhibited the breaking strength of 3.57 cN/dtex,the yellowness index(Y_(i))of 23.52 and the earthy yellow appearance,while PA 66/LaTLA and PA 66/LaHbtec blend fiber showed the breaking strength of 3.51 and 3.01 cN/dtex and Y_(i) of 19.83 and 21.81,respectively,and white appearance at the mass fraction of LaTLA or LaHbtec of 1.5% under the same spinning conditions.
