摘 要:将特性黏数差为0.064 dL/g的高、低黏度聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)制备的双组分并列复合中空纤维原丝进行拉伸制得拉伸丝(DT丝),对DT丝的拉伸工艺进行了研究,得到了低中空高回弹三维螺旋卷曲纤维的最佳拉伸工艺条件。结果表明:DT丝的三维卷曲性能和拉伸方式、拉伸倍率及其分配密切相关,采取二步拉伸、一级拉伸倍率较大、二级拉伸倍率为1.05~1.10可以使原丝的三维螺旋立体卷曲能力充分体现;最佳拉伸工艺为一级拉伸温度85℃,二级拉伸温度130℃,热板定型温度145℃,一级拉伸倍率4.0,二级拉伸倍率1.05,在此工艺条件下制得的低中空高回弹三维螺旋卷曲纤维的断裂强度为4.19 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为15.9%,卷曲数(25 mm)为12.8,卷曲度为18.5%,卷曲弹性率为86.5%,卷曲回复率为15.1%。A side-by-side bicomponent hollow as-spun fiber was prepared by using high-and low-viscosity polyethylene terephthalate(PET)with an intrinsic viscosity difference of 0.064 dL/g and was drawn into draw-textured fiber(DT fiber).The drawing process of DT fiber was studied.And the optimum drawing process conditions of three-dimensional spiral crimp fiber with low hollowness and high resilience were obtained.The results showed that the three-dimensional crimp property of DT fiber was closely related to the drawing mode,draw ratio and its distribution,and the three-dimensional spiral crimp property of the as-spun fiber can be fully obtained by adopting two-step drawing process,high first draw ratio and a second draw ratio of 1.05-1.10;and the low-hollownes high-resilience three dimensional spiral crimp fiber can be produced with the breaking strength,elongation at break,crimp number(25 mm),crimp degree,crimp elasticity and crimp recovery of 4.19 cN/dtex,15.9%,12.8%,18.5%,86.5% and 15.1%,respectively,under the optimum drawing conditions as follows:first drawing temperature 85℃,second drawing temperature 130℃,hot plate setting temperature 145℃,first draw ratio 4.0,second draw ratio 1.05.
