摘　　要：在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)聚合过程中,将二氧化钛/乙二醇(TiO_(2)/EG)溶液通过添加剂喷嘴加入PET齐聚物管线中,经缩聚得到全消光PET熔体,然后通过熔体直接纺丝、冷却、上油和卷绕,生产92 dtex/72 f细旦全消光涤纶预取向丝(POY),探讨了TiO_(2)/EG溶液浓度、聚合及纺丝工艺对生产稳定性及产品质量的影响。结果表明:控制纤维中TiO_(2)质量分数为2.25%,TiO_(2)/EG溶液质量分数为30%时,生产工况正常;在聚合过程中,预缩聚和终缩聚反应温度分别为281℃和280℃时,得到的全消光PET熔体特性黏数为0.620~0.625 dL/g;在纺丝过程中,控制输送管线温度和纺丝箱体温度分别为279℃和285℃,环吹风压力为22 Pa、速度0.9~1.2 m/s、温度(22.5±1.0)℃,纤维上油率0.70%,卷绕速度2560 m/min,生产的92 dtex/72 f细旦全消光涤纶POY断裂强度大于等于2.5 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为(130±3)%,条干不匀率小于等于1.1%,产品优等品率可达98%以上,断头及毛丝较少,生产稳定性好。Full-dull polyethylene terephthalate(PET)melt was synthesized by adding titanium dioxide/ethylene glycol(TiO_(2)/EG)solution into PET oligomer pipeline through a nozzle in polymerization process and was produced into 92 dtex/72 f fine-denier full-dull PET pre-oriented yarn(POY)by melt direct spinning,cooling,oiling and winding processes.The effects of TiO_(2)/EG solution concentration and polymerization and spinning processes on the product quality and production stability were discussed.The results showed that the production status was normal when the mass fraction of TiO 2 in the fiber was 2.25% and the mass fraction of TiO_(2)/EG solution was 30%;the intrinsic viscosity of the obtained full-dull PET melt was 0.620-0.625 dL/g when the pre-polycondensation and final polycondensation temperatures were 281℃ and 280℃,respectively,during the polymerization process;the production stability was fairly good with less broken ends and broken filaments and the top-quality product rate can be above 98% when the spinning process conditions were as follows:conveying pipeline temperature 279℃,spinning manifold temperature 285℃,cross air blow pressure 22 Pa,speed 0.9-1.2 m/s and temperature(22.5±1.0)℃,oil pick up 0.70%,and winding speed 2560 m/min;and the obtained 92 dtex/72 f fine-denier full-dull polyester POY exhibited the breaking strength not lower than 2.5 cN/dtex,the elongation at break of(130±3)% and the yarn irregularity not higher than 1.1%.
