摘　　要：介绍了大盘卷产品的特点和中国大盘卷轧机生产线的现状,对大盘卷生产线的主要技术特点、卷取机至收集工序的主要工艺设备等进行了分析,探讨中国大盘卷产线取得的进步和存在的不足,并指出钢铁行业要结合中国智能制造、工业化进程和建筑行业施工方式等的发展变化,加强关注各种大盘卷产品的市场需求和技术进步。The characteristics of the bar in coil and the current situation of the bar in coil mill production line in China were introduced. The main technical characteristics and the process equipment from the coiler to the collecting process of the bar in coil line were analyzed. The improvement and shortcomings of the bar in coil production line in China were discussed. And it was pointed that iron and steel industry should combine the development of the industrialization process, the intelligent manufacturing, and the construction method of construction industry to strengthen the focus on the market demand and technological progress of the various bar in coil products.
