摘  要:为了验证实验室研究结果,研究了100 kJ/cm线能量对V-N-Ti和Nb-Ti船板焊接接头组织和性能的影响规律。试验结果表明,2种船板钢屈服强度、抗拉强度和伸长率相当,V-N-Ti钢-40℃冲击功显著高于Nb-Ti钢;2种成分钢板焊接接头热影响区-20℃冲击功相当,而V-N-Ti钢焊缝金属冲击功显著低于Nb-Ti钢;V-N-Ti钢粗晶热影响区(CGHAZ)组织为铁素体和贝氏体且其热影响区域较窄,Nb-Ti钢粗晶热影响区组织为贝氏体和少量的晶界铁素体。The effect of the heat input welding of 100 kJ/cm on microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint in V-N-Ti and Nb-Ti steel was studied. The results showed that the yield strength, tensile strength and elongation of the two kinds of steel were equivalent, while the impact energy at-40 ℃ of V-N-Ti steel was high than that of Nb-Ti steel. The impact energy at-20 ℃ of the heat-affected zone(CGHAZ) was equivalent to the two kinds of industrial steel, but the impact energy of weld metal of V-N-Ti steel was low than that of Nb-Ti steel. The CGHAZ microstructure of V-N-Ti steel was ferrite and bainite, and the heat-affected zone was narrow. The CGHAZ microstructure of Nb-Ti steel was bainite with a small amount of grain boundary ferrite.
