摘　　要：法学创新创业课程在高等院校开设时间尚短,该课程体系建设的不完善限制了法学专业创新创业教育的有效开展。文章阐述法学创新创业课程教学的现状,论证大学生创新创业竞赛与法学创新创业课程融合的可行性,并以该竞赛为导向对法学创新创业课程改革进行探索,完善其课程教学设计,以推动法学创新创业教育的进一步深化。The course of legal innovation entrepreneurship has not been offered for a long time in colleges and universities.The imperfection of the curriculum system restricts the effective development of legal innovation entrepreneurship education.The paper illustrates the status quo of legal innovation entrepreneurship curriculum teaching and demonstrates the feasibility of integration of college students'innovation entrepreneurship competition with legal innovation entrepreneurship course.Based on the competition,this article explores the curriculum reform of legal innovation entrepreneurship.To promote the further deepening of legal innovation entrepreneurship education,this paper propounds the improved proposal of the course's curriculum teaching design.
