摘　　要：《区域全面经济伙伴关系》(RCEP)是中国继加入WTO后深度融入全球化进程的另一座里程碑。从贸易角度出发,利用CEPII BACI全球双边贸易数据比较了RCEP与欧盟、北美自由贸易区的总贸易规模和内部贸易发展趋势,并在此基础上系统描述了RCEP成员国之间和产品类别的贸易情况。研究认为,RCEP将成为中日贸易低迷的突破口,进一步发挥中日韩制造业和贸易强国的联合产业链优势,形成强有力的经济纽带和制度规范,推进东亚区域经济一体化;RCEP形成的稳定亚太市场将有助于中国扩大出口、优化进口,推动中国进一步深化改革和规范各类要素市场,提升企业的国际竞争力;签署RCEP将协同“一带一路”倡议发挥中国市场规模和生产体系上的优势,加快形成以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局,提升中国的国际影响力,使亚太地区成为国际贸易的中心领地。The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)is another milestone of China's in-depth integration into the globalization process after its accession to the WTO.From the perspective of trade,this paper uses the global bilateral trade data of CEPII BACI to compare the total trade scale and internal trade development trend of RCEP,the European Union and the North American Free Trade Area,and systematically describes the trade situation of RCEP member countries and product categories.The research suggests that RCEP will become a breakthrough in the downturn of Sino-Japanese trade,further give play to the advantages of China,Japan and South Korea in the joint industrial chain of manufacturing and trade powers,form a strong economic bond and institutional norms,and promote the regional economic integration of East Asia.The stable Asia-Pacific market formed by RCEP will help China expand exports and optimize imports,promote China to further deepen reform and standardize various factor markets,and enhance the international competitiveness of enterprises.As important measures of China to actively adapt to globalization,signing the RCEP and the“Belt and Road”initiative can give play to China’s advantages in market scale and production system,speed up the formation of the new development pattern of dual circulation featuring domestic economic circulation as the focus and mutual promotion of domestic and international circulation,promote China's international influence,and enable the Asia-Pacific region to become a center of international trade.
