小针刀治疗窦性心律失常的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨应用小针刀结合传统针灸治疗窦性心律失常的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2019年10月~2020年10月收治的20例窦性心律失常患者的临床资料,所有患者均采用小针刀配合中医针灸疗法进行治疗,观察患者治疗前后的临床症状、体征及心电图变化情况。结果治疗后,大部分患者临床症状及体征均消失,心电图显示不同程度的好转;随访显示,治愈15例(75.00%),显效4例(20.00%),无效1例(5.00%),治愈率达95.00%。结论小针刀配合中医针灸治疗窦性心律失常疗效确切,可缓解患者临床症状及体征,改善患者心电图表现,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of applying small needle knife combined with traditional acupuncture to treat sinus arrhythmia.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 20 patients with sinus arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020.All patients were treated with a small needle knife combined with traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion therapy.The clinical symptoms,signs and electrocardiogram changes before and after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,most of the patients'clinical symptoms and signs disappeared,and the electrocardiogram showed different degrees of improvement;Follow-up showed that 15 cases were cured(75.00%),4 cases were markedly effective(20.00%),1 case was ineffective(5.00%),and the cure rate was 95.00%.Conclusion The small needle knife combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture has a definite effect on sinus arrhythmia,which can relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients,and improve the ECG performance of the patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
