摘　　要：基于企业、金融机构和社会需求角度描述绿色金融对东部经济的影响。在此基础上,采用面板数据模型,构建相关变量研究影响东部地区绿色金融发展的需求。实证结果表明,森林面积、废水排放量、能源消耗量、环境治理投资、产业结构对东部地区绿色金融需求产生正向影响,而废气排放量则起到了负向作用,人口规模没有产生显著影响。东部地区绿色金融发展仍需努力,一方面构建完整的法律体系、风险体系和接轨绿色金融国际化标准,另一方面致力于开发更多如绿色债券、绿色基金、碳金融、环境证券化等绿色新产品。Firstly,This paper aims to describe the importance of green finance to the eastern economy from the perspective of enterprises,financial institutions and social needs.then,finds influence factors to study the influence of the needs of green finance development in the eastern region by a panel data model.The results shows that:forest area,waste water discharge,energy consumption,environmental governance investment,and industrial structure have a positive impact on the green finance demand in the eastern region,while exhaust gas emissions have a negative effect,and the population size has no significant impact.The development of green finance in the eastern region still needs to work hard:on the one hand,build a complete legal system,risk system and conform to the international standards of green finance;on the other hand,devote to the development of more green bonds,green funds,carbon finance,environmental securitization,etc.new product.
