摘 要:油井完整性检测在油田生产过程中关系到油井的安全高效开发,现有完整性检测技术手段多样,但往往局限于某一项检测内容,作业时效有所限制。多功能超声成像测井仪一次下井可实现管柱内外壁及固井质量检测,使一次下井同时完成套管损伤检查和固井质量评价成为可能,显著提高工程测井的时效,为油井完整性检测提供综合而全面的信息。MUIL采用超声波旋转扫描的方式对井眼纵向和径向方向信息进行采集,超声回波分析及成像可以直观地描述套管损伤腐蚀情况,声阻抗分析可以对套管-水泥环间的泥胶结质量进行定性评价,已在南海西部地区和阿联酋地区成功应用,为工程作业提供了准确可靠的套管损伤和固井质量等基础信息。Oil well integrity detection is related to the safe and efficient development of oil wells in the process of oilfield production.The existing integrity detection techniques are diverse,but they are often limited to a certain detection content,and the operation time is limited.The multi-functional ultrasonic imaging logging tool(MUIL)can realize the detection of the inner and outer wall of the tubing string and the cementing quality at one time,which makes it possible to complete the casing damage inspection and cementing quality evaluation at the same time,significantly improves the efficiency of engineering logging,and provides integrated and comprehensive information for the integrity detection of oil wells.MUIL collects longitudinal and radial information of borehole by means of ultrasonic rotational scanning.Ultrasonic echo analysis and imaging can visually describe casing damage and corrosion,and acoustic impedance analysis can qualitatively evaluate the cement quality between casing and cement ring.MUIL has been successfully applied in the western South China Sea and the United Arab Emirates,providing accurate and reliable basic information on casing damage and cementing quality for engineering operations.
