摘 要:地面气候资料在2004年自动观测仪器使用前多以纸质记录为主,很难对其进行统计加工处理。随着对气候变化研究的重视以及极端天气的增多,历史地面气候资料的需求与作用凸显。20世纪70年代末,气象部门开展了地面气候资料的信息化处理工作,形成的A文件系列信息化资料在气象业务科研和决策中发挥了巨大作用。为了解信息化地面气候资料的整体质量,进一步提高信息化数据质量,确定质量控制工作的重点和方法,对其进行质量评估和疑误原因分析是十分必要的。Before the automatic observation instruments were used in 2004,the ground climate data were mostly recorded on paper,so it was difficult to process them statistically.With the emphasis on climate change research and the increase in extreme weather,the demand and role of historical meteorological observation data have been highlighted.Since the end of 1970 s,the meteorological department has carried out the informatization processing of ground climate data,forming a series of A-file informatized data,which has played a huge role in meteorological research and decision-making.In order to understand the overall quality of informatized ground climate data,further improve the quality of informatized data,and determine the focus and methods of quality control work,it is necessary to evaluate the quality of information surface climate data and analyze the reasons for suspected errors.
