军队院校学报转型建设问题研究

摘　　要：始于2016年的军队改革工作已经进入尾声,相应的军队院校建设也进入重塑转型的快车道。在军队院校教育改革的背景下,实现军校学报的重塑转型有重要意义。针对当前军校学报转型面临的传播能力、学术转化率、编辑力量等方面存在的问题,提出了办刊目标定位回归服务军队建设、质量评价注重对战斗力生成的影响、征收优秀稿源、建设编辑队伍4个方面的建议,以期为军校学报的重塑转型提供一定的理论参考。The military reform that began in 2016 has come to an end,and the construction of corresponding military academies has also entered the fast track of remodeling and transformation.Therefore,under the background of educational reform of military academies,it is of great significance to realize the transformation and remodeling of military academy journals.In view of the problems existing in the current transformation of military academy journals,such as the communication ability to be improved,the academic conversion rate to be improved,and the editorial power to be improved,this paper puts forward four suggestions,namely,the goal orientation of running journals should return to serving the military construction,the quality evaluation should pay attention to the influence on the generation of combat effectiveness,the channels for soliciting contributions should absorb excellent contributions,and the construction of editorial team should be strengthened,so as to provide some theoretical reference for the discussion on remodeling and transformation of military academy journals.
