广西宠物诊疗行业人才需求调研分析

摘　　要：【目的】了解广西宠物诊疗行业对人才需求状况,为广西高校制定专业发展规划提供参考依据。【方法】以区内85家宠物诊疗企业作为调研对象,采用问卷调查法等对企业现有基本情况、企业员工学历结构、未来五年内计划招聘农林牧渔类毕业生数量、对员工关键能力的需求等进行调研。【结果】广西诊疗企业现阶段和未来5年对大专学历需求量较大,超过50%,其次是本科层次人才;对宠物养护与疾病防治类专业员工需求数量最多,其次是畜牧兽医专业和动物医学专业;企业最看重的是员工的吃苦耐劳精神、较强的身心素质、对应的专业知识和独立解决问题的能力。【结论】今后几年广西高职院校可适当扩大宠物医疗类专业招生规模,以解决该行业人才需求问题。【Objective】In order to understand the demand for talents in pet diagnosis and treatment indus⁃try in Guangxi,and to provide reference for the development planning of pet specialty in Guangxi universi⁃ties.【Method】The 85 pet diagnosis and treatment enterprises in Guangxi were investigated randomly,ap⁃plying the method of questionnaire survey,the main contents of the survey are the basic situation of the en⁃terprise,the current academic structure of the enterprise's employees,the number of agricultural,forest⁃ry,animal husbandry and fishery graduates to be recruited in the next five years,and the demand for the key competencies of the employees.【Result】At the present stage and in the next 5 years,Guangxi diagno⁃sis and treatment enterprises have a great demand for junior college degree,more than 50%,followed by undergraduate level talents.The number of pet care and disease prevention professionals is the largest,fol⁃lowed by animal husbandry and veterinary and animal medicine.What enterprises value most is the employ⁃ees'hardworking spirit,strong physical and mental quality,corresponding professional knowledge and the ability to solve problems independently.【Conclusion】In the next few years,Guangxi higher vocational col⁃leges can expand the enrollment scale of pet medical specialty to solve the issue of talent demand in this in⁃dustry.
