摘 要:从焦炭塔内泡沫层形成及衰变理论机制出发,分析了渣油原料组成、焦化产物以及操作条件对泡沫层的影响,提出了抑制泡沫层的方法并展望了延迟焦化焦炭塔中泡沫层的研究前景。延迟焦化装置的进料组成可决定泡沫层性质,焦化反应产物和操作条件对泡沫层也有至关重要的影响。Based on the theoretical mechanism of foam layer formation and decay in coke tower,the effects of feed(residual oil)composition,coking products and operation conditions on foam layer were analyzed,the methods of inhibiting foam layer were put forward,and the research prospect of foam layer in delayed coking tower was prospected.It is showed that the properties of foam layer could be determined by the feed composition,and coking products,and operation conditions also had a vital influence on foam layer.
