摘 要:通过热等静压近净成形技术制备的TC4合金具有独特的优势,近年来受到大量关注.研究了热等静压保温温度对TC4合金显微组织及拉伸性能的影响.结果表明:120 MPa、2 h保压条件下,保温温度达到800℃时,合金完全致密化;随着保温温度从800℃升高到920℃,合金的抗拉强度从942 MPa降为920 MPa,拉伸应变从13.7%增加到18.1%;合金显微组织中β相的体积分数随保温温度升高而增加,且分布趋于均匀化,β相的增加是合金强度降低、塑性增加的主要原因.The preparation of TC4 alloy by powder NNS-HIP has received widespread attentions in recent years due to its unique advantages.In this research,effects of hot isostatic pressing temperature on the microstructure and tensile properties of TC4 alloy were systematically investigated.The experimental results show that the alloy is completely densified when the holding temperature reaches 800℃under the holding pressure condition of 120 MPa for 2 hours;As the holding temperature increases from 800℃to 920℃,the tensile strength of the alloy decreases from 942 MPa to 920 MPa,and the tensile strain increased from 13.7%to 18.1%;The volume fraction ofβphase in the alloy microstructure increases with the rise of the holding temperature,and the distribution ofβphase tends to be uniform as a result.The addition inβphase is a key factor for the decline in strength and ascent in plasticity of the alloy.
