摘　　要：超临界CO2清洗在技术、经济和环保领域的独特优势,使其具有广阔的应用前景。文章主要介绍了超临界CO2清洗技术在电子元器件、核工业、精密机械、医疗器械、纺织领域、光学工业和国防工业的应用进展。Supercritical CO2 cleaning has a wide application prospect because of its unique advantages in technology,economy and environmental protection.This paper mainly introduces the application progress of supercritical CO2 cleaning technology in electronic components,nuclear industry,precision machinery,medical equipment,textile industry,optical industry and national defense industry.
