摘 要:针对龙溪嘉陵江特大桥主桥8#主墩钢套箱围堰在深水、洪水期大流速条件下的渡洪问题,对钢围堰在拼装、下放至下沉各阶段的渡洪措施以及洪水期施工钢围堰所受外力及结构的稳定性进行了研究。结果表明:采用钢护筒内部灌砂、围堰连接钢护筒并焊接限位工字钢、连接迎水面钢护筒共同受力、焊接螺旋状钢筋环提高钢护筒与封底混凝土粘结力等渡洪技术,可满足围堰渡洪强度、地基承载力及稳定性的要求。Aiming at the flood resistance problem of steel jacket box cofferdam for 8#main pier of Longxi Jialing River Super Large Bridge in deep water and flood period with large flow velocity,the flood control measures of steel cofferdam in the stages of assembly,lowering and sinking,the external force and structural stability of steel cofferdam in flood period are studied.The results show that the flood controlling technologies,such as filling sand into steel casing,connecting cofferdam with the steel casing and welded with the limiting I-beam,connecting the steel casings on the upstream,welding spiral reinforcement ring to improve the bonding force between steel casing and bottom sealing concrete,can meet the requirements of strength and the foundation bearing capacity and stability of the cofferdam.It can provide reference for the design and construction of steel cofferdams under similar environmental conditions in the future.
