黑种草方剂的组成、功效及临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：黑种草是毛茛科黑种草属一年生草本植物,在国内外食品、药品、香料等行业应用广泛,是药食同源植物。因其籽粒中富含皂苷、黄酮、生物碱等多种生物活性成分而具有丰富的药理作用,也是中药方剂的常用配伍药材之一。本文搜集了含黑种草子的傣、蒙、藏、维药方剂,对其组成和功效进行了归纳总结,并运用IBM SPASS Modeler 18数据挖掘软件分析了方剂中常用药材使用频率和高频用药药对配伍关系,以期为黑种草的后续研究和含黑种草子方剂的成药开发提供参考。Nigella damascena L. is an annual herb of the genus Nigella in the Ranunculaceae, which is widely used in food, medicines, spices and other industries at home and abroad. It is a medicinal and edible homologous plant. Because its seeds are rich in saponins, flavonoids, alkaloids and other bioactive components, it has many pharmacological effects. It is also one of the commonly used medicines in Chinese national medicine prescriptions. This paper summarized the composition and pharmacological effects of the prescriptions of Nigellae Semen in Dai, Mongolian, Tibetan and Uygur herbs. The frequency of commonly used and high-frequency medicines and its compatibility of drug-pair in the ethnic prescriptions containing Nigellae Semen were analyzed with IBM SPASS Modeler 18 software, so as to provides reference for the subsequent studies on Nigella damascena L. and the prescriptions development containing Nigellae Semen.
