中国加快形成双循环发展格局对东亚ICT价值链的影响分析

摘　　要：在大量贸易数据基础上,通过讨论中国大陆及东亚经济体ICT产业的贸易地位及产品内分工位置可以确定,中国加快形成以国内循环为主的相互促进的双循环发展新格局将会使得中国ICT产业不断升级,供给链趋于完整、安全。中国ICT产业升级势必对深度参与东亚ICT产业价值链的东亚经济体带来重大的机遇和挑战。不断增强的关键零部件供给能力会给东亚经济体带来竞争压力。不断释放的超大规模市场需求给东亚经济体的ICT产业最终品和零部件带来更多出口。中国加快形成双循环新发展格局将为东亚ICT产业带来更高水平的合作与发展。Based on a large number of trade data,by discussing the trade status and the intra product specialization position of ICT industry in China and East Asia economies,China can accelerate the Chinese mainland to accelerate the formation of a new pattern of mutually promoting double cycle development,which will lead to the continuous upgrading of China’s ICT industry and the supply chain’s integrity and security.The upgrading of China’s ICT industry is bound to bring great opportunities and challenges to the East Asian economies that deeply participate in the East Asian ICT industry value chain.The increasing supply capacity of key components will bring competitive pressure to East Asian economies.The continuous release of super large-scale market demand has brought more exports to the final products and components of ICT industry in East Asian economies.China’s accelerating the formation of a new development pattern of dual cycle will bring a higher level of cooperation and development to the ICT industry in East Asia.
