摘　　要：地方政府融资平台公司是我国经济体制改革的产物,其运行虽有自身逻辑,但必然存在“一高两弱三不匹配”的突出问题。为了防范化解系统性金融风险,地方政府融资平台公司转型势在必行。为此通过对中部六省省会平台公司转型分析,提出市场化转型破局的有效路径。Local government financing platform company is the product of China’s economic system reform.Although its operation has its own logic,there must be a prominent problem of“one high,two weak and three mismatches”.In order to prevent and resolve systemic financial risks,the transformation of local government financing platform companies is imperative.Therefore,through the analysis of the transformation of platform companies in the six provincial capitals of central China,this paper puts forward the effective path to break the market-oriented transformation.
