西药联合通窍止咳汤治疗鼻后滴漏综合征致慢性咳嗽的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究西药联合通窍止咳汤治疗鼻后滴漏综合征致慢性咳嗽的临床应用效果。方法选取本院2018年1月至2019年3月收治的鼻后滴漏综合征致慢性咳嗽患儿86例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予通窍止咳汤。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后患儿咳嗽次数及咳嗽持续时间及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.02%,明显高于对照组的74.41%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组咳嗽、鼻塞症候积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组咳嗽次数及咳嗽持续时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8+水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论通窍止咳汤联合西药治疗鼻后滴漏综合征致慢性咳嗽疗效显著,能够明显改善患者临床症状,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of western medicine combined with Tongqiao Zhike decoction in treating chronic cough caused by postnasal drip syndrome.Methods A total of 86 children with chronic cough caused by postnasal drip syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table,with 43 cases in each group.Methods The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Tongqiao Zhike decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The treatment effect,the number of coughs,duration of coughing and adverse reactions of the children before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.02%,which was significantly higher than 74.41%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough and nasal congestion in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The number of coughs and the duration of coughing in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the CD4+and CD4+/CD8+levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the CD8+level was lower than the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Tongqiao Zhike decoction combined with western medicine has a good effect on chronic cough caused by postnasal drip syndrome,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and has high safety.
