托伐普坦对慢性心力衰竭患者LVEF、BNP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨托伐普坦对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者左室射血分数(LVEF)、B型脑钠肽(BNP)水平的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2019年6月本院收治的CHF患者60例为研究对象,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组在常规治疗基础上联合呋塞米治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上联合托伐普坦治疗,两组均连续治疗7 d。比较两组临床疗效、心功能及血清BNP水平。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组LVEDD略低于对照组,差异无统计学意义;观察组血清BNP水平低于对照组,LVEF、CO水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CHF患者在常规治疗基础上联合托伐普坦治疗可有效提高临床疗效,纠正低钠血症,改善患者心功能。Objective To investigate the effect of Tovaptan on left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and type B brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)levels in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)patients.Methods 60 CHF patients were selected from February 2017 to June 2019,randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with furosemide on a routine basis,observation group on the basis of routine treatment combined with tovaptan treatment,both groups were treated continuously for 7 d.Clinical efficacy,cardiac function and serum BNP level were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEDD in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant;Serum BNP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,LVEF,CO levels were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CHF the combination of Tovaptan on the basis of routine treatment can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,to correct hyponatremia,improve cardiac function in patients.
