微创手术治疗跟骨关节内移位骨折临床疗效及对足功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨跟骨关节移位骨折应用微创手术临床疗效及对足功能的影响。方法选取2018年7月至2019年7月本院诊治的90例跟骨关节移位骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组45例。对照组予切开复位手术,研究组予以微创手术,比较两组疗效相关指标、足功能指标及并发症情况。结果治疗后,研究组出血量(56.06±11.23)mL、手术时间(78.23±5.36)min、引流量(70.24±9.65)mL与住院时间(5.36±1.26)d,均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组对线(8.63±1.65)分、疼痛(38.93±3.52)分、功能(49.53±3.48)分,均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论跟骨关节内移位骨折应用微创手术治疗,能减少出血量,缩短住院时间,改善患者足功能指标,减少并发症发生,具一定临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and foot function index of minimally invasive surgery for calcaneus joint displacement fracture.Methods 90 patients with calcaneal joint displacement fractures diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group underwent open reduction surgery,and the study group underwent minimally invasive surgery.The efficacy-related indicators,foot function indicators and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the bleeding volume of the study group(56.06±11.23)mL,operation time(78.23±5.36)min,drainage volume(70.24±9.65)mL and hospitalization time(5.36±1.26)d were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the study group had a functional index of(8.63±1.65)scores,pain(38.93±3.52)scores,and function(49.53±3.48)scores,which were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery for intra-articular calcaneal fractures can reduce the amount of bleeding and shorten hospitalization time,improve the patient's foot function index,reduce complications,and have certain clinical application value.
