摘 要:糖尿病作为一种常见病、多发病,近年来发病率逐渐上升,相关并发症可累及全身各个器官,不仅影响患者身体健康及生活质量,也为家庭和社会带来沉重的经济负担。目前,普遍认为生存环境、基因遗传、自身免疫因素及胰岛素抵抗等多因素与糖尿病发病密切相关。免疫因素作为非常重要的作用机制参与糖尿病发病,机制尚不非常清楚,但随着生物技术成熟及研究的开展,有学者发现肠道微生物及其代谢产物与糖尿病发病密切相关,本文对肠道菌群与2型糖尿病之间的免疫关系做一综述。Diabetes is a common and frequently-occurring disease,has gradually increased its incidence in recent years.Related complications can affect all organs of the body,not only affecting the health and quality of life of patients,but also bringing a heavy economic burden to the family and society.At present,it is generally believed that multiple factors such as living environment,genetic inheritance,autoimmune factors and insulin resistance are closely related to the onset of diabetes.Immune factors participate in the pathogenesis of diabetes as a very important mechanism.The mechanism is not very clear.However,with the maturity of biotechnology and the development of research,some scholars have found that intestinal microbes and their metabolites are closely related to the onset of diabetes.A review of the immune relationship between group and type 2 diabetes.
