试论警察现场急救在执法现场中的应用

摘　　要：在警务执法活动中,由于执法现场充满各种危险因素,执法警察或现场群众经常出现不同程度的伤亡情况,需要警察在现场执法的同时也根据需要展开现场急救措施。对警务活动现场开展现场急救的特点进行分析,探讨警察进行现场急救存在问题,总结警察在警务活动中开展现场急救的基本程序和方法。研究结果对减少警察以及群众的伤亡程度,提高警察现场执法能力与现场急救技术有一定现实意义。In police law enforcement activities,there are various risk factors which could lead to various degrees of casualties for law enforcement police or the masses on the spot,and so it is necessary for the police to carry out on-site first aid measures.In this paper,it is to analyze the characteristics of first aid,to discuss the existing problems and summarize the basic procedures and methods of police first aid in police activities.The results indicate that,to a certain extent,it is practically significant to reduce the casualties of the police and the masses,by improving the police’s ability of law enforcement and the first aid technology on the spot.
