肾康注射液在腹膜透析患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨腹膜透析患者应用肾康注射液的疗效。方法选取葫芦岛市中心医院2016年10月~2019年10月收治的40例终末期腹膜透析患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法随机分成对照组(20例)与研究组(20例)。两组患者均行腹膜透析治疗,研究组同时予肾康注射液静点,治疗4周。比较两组残肾功能、贫血指标及血清蛋白、血清钙磷水平。结果治疗4周后,研究组残肾肾小球滤过率(GFR)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);贫血指标、血清蛋白及血钙高于对照组,血磷低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组残肾GFR在治疗4周时低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间无不良反应发生。结论腹膜透析患者应用肾康注射液获益,可安全、有效地改善透析患者的残肾功能及营养状况。Objective To explore the application effect of Shenkang Injection in the treatment of Peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods A total of 40 patients with peritoneal dialysis treated in Huludao Central Hospital from October 2016 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(20 cases)and the study group(20 cases)by lottery,all the patients in the two groups were given peritoneal peritoneal dialysis treatment,on this basis,the patients in the study group were treated with Shenkang Injection.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The changes of indexes which included residual renal function,anaemia indexes,the levels of serum protein and the trace elements(calcium and phosphorus)were compared.Results After treatment 4 weeks,the glomerular filtration rate(GFR)of residual renal in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the anaemia indexes,the levels of protein and calcium in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the level of phosphorus in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the reduces of residual renal function in the control group at treatment for 4 weeks was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion Shenkang Injection is effective in the treatment of peritoneal dialysis,which can improve the residual function and nutritional status of patients,and it has good safety.
