摘　　要：目的探讨温阳利水方联合呋噻米治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2019年8月~2020年3月萍乡市中医院收治的70例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例。对照组采用呋塞米进行治疗,观察组采用温阳利水方联合呋塞米治疗。比较两组患者的疗效、心功能情况、总有效率、左室射血分数(LVEF)、血浆脑钠肽(BNP)等相关指标。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,观察组的LVEF和BNP和对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的LVEF高于对照组,BNP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温阳利水方联合呋塞米能够较好地改善慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能,临床疗效显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wenyang Lishui Decoction combined with Furosemide in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 70 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random drawing method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Furosemide,and the observation group was treated with Wenyang Lishui Decoction combined with Furosemide.The efficacy,cardiac function,total effective rate,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)level and other related indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the LVEF and BNP levels of the observation group were not statistically significant compared with the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the LVEF level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the BNP level was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenyang Lishui Decoction combined with Furosemide can improve the heart function of patients with chronic heart failure,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
