摘　　要：本文介绍曹吉勋教授论治女性便秘的临床经验。曹教授认为,便秘虽病位在大肠腑,但与五脏六腑相关,而女性便秘尤与肝关系密切。故强调从肝论治,临床取得良好效果。This article introduced Professor Cao Jixun’s clinical experience in treating female constipation. Professor Cao believes that although constipation is located in the large intestine, it is related to the five zang-organs and six fu-organs, and female constipation is particularly related to the liver. Therefore, it is emphasized to treat female constipation from liver, and good clinical efficacy has been achieved.
