摘　　要：本文介绍全国名老中医谭新华教授治疗银屑病的经验。谭老认为,银屑病为伏毒内蕴,毒瘀互结,损伤正气,正气亏虚,祛毒无力,伏毒伺机而发;在"治未病"思想指导下,主张其治应从"未病先防,注重养生防毒;既病防变,注重解毒化瘀;瘥后防复,注重扶正缓攻"入手,临证方可收到满意疗效。This article introduced the experience of national TCM master Tan Xinhua in the treatment of psoriasis. Professor Tan believes that the imporant pathogenesis of psoriasis is the accumulation of latent toxin, the combination of latent toxin and blood stasis, the damage of vital energy, the deficiency of vital energy, the inability to dispel latent toxin and potential latent toxin. Under the guidance of the thought of "preventive treatment of diseases", he advocates that the treatment of psoriasis should start from three aspects: prevent before disease onset and pay attention to health preservation and toxin prevention;prevent disease from exacerbating and pay attention to detoxification and removing blood stasis;prevent an attack of an old disease and pay attention to reinforcing healthy qi and eliminating toxin, only in these ways could obtain satisfactory efficacy in clinical practice.
