摘　　要：随着分子生物学的高速发展,对骨代谢相关信号通路及基因的研究不断深入,发现Runx2基因在骨代谢中发挥着重要的作用。本文就补肾中药影响Runx2基因调控骨质疏松症相关研究进行综述,旨在为骨质疏松症的发病机制研究及靶向治疗提供一定参考,从而更好地发挥中医药在骨质疏松症治疗中的独特优势。With the rapid development of molecular biology, studies on bone metabolism related signaling pathways and genes have been deepening, and Runx2 gene has been found to play an important role in bone metabolism. This article reviewed the research on the effects of kidney-tonifying herbs on Runx2 gene regulation of osteoporosis, in order to provide some references for the pathogenesis of osteoporosis and targeted therapy, and give full play to the unique advantages of TCM in the treatment of osteoporosis.
