中美经贸再平衡下我国对外直接投资战略转型研究

摘　　要：在中美经贸再平衡背景下审视我国对外直接投资的战略转型,肯定其积极意义的同时,也应看到潜在的风险。以OECD国家风险评级数据编制国家风险指数,显示对沿线国投资的总体风险水平虽可控,但因资本开始流向周边热点地区,以致短期内风险急速攀升。对此,政府应提早开展国家风险研究,构建风险预警体系,企业也应加强风控管理,提高应对复杂局面的能力。In the context of Sino-US economic and trade rebalancing,we should affirm the positive significance and be aware of potential risks while reviewing the strategic transformation of China’s outward foreign direct investment(OFDI).By compililing the country risk index with risk rating data of OECD countries,it’s shown that the overall risk of investment in countries along the Belt and Road is controllable,but risks have risen sharply in the short term as capital has started to flow into hot spots around the region.In this case,the government should carry out national risk researches in advance and build a risk warning system;what’s more,enterprises should strengthen risk control and management to improve their ability of coping with complex situations.
