摘 要:莞惠城际轨道交通采用新标准、新制式、新模式,跨越河流多,广泛分布软土,景观要求高,首次采用CRH6型城际动车组,不与国铁跨线运营,当时尚没有城际铁路设计规范,旨在建成新型城际轨道交通示范工程。根据采用的动车组以及可能上线的运架梁车、长钢轨运输车、救援车辆荷载效应,兼顾结构的适用性和安全储备,研究提出设计活载采用0.6UIC及相应梁体刚度等技术标准。结合岭南建筑审美习惯,在分析各种梁型和墩型的基础上,提出不同于客运专线铁路、城市轨道交通和城市高架的流线形梁型和流线形墩型。通过对多种方法的对比分析,认为软土地基中桩基设计采用弹性半无限体内的应力分布法,既可简化计算,又可保证工程安全,并提出适当加大桩径、加强配筋的设计原则。对主跨150 m混凝土连续梁、主跨180 m混凝土连续梁拱影响徐变各因素的计算分析认为梁高对徐变影响大,控制上下缘应力差对减少徐变非常有利,铺轨时间对徐变影响较大且铺轨时间早于60 d时徐变呈非线性增大,张拉龄期、合龙顺序对徐变影响不大,并提出大跨度预应力混凝土梁徐变控制的系列措施。Dongguan-Huizhou intercity rail transit adopts new standards,new systems and new modes.It crosses many rivers,where soft soil is extensively distributed,and its landscape is demanding.It’s not connected to the national rail network and CRH6 is adopted for the first time.No intercity railway design specifications were available and it aimed to build a demonstration project of new intercity rail transit.According to load effects of the CRH6,the girder carrier and erector,the long rail transport vehicle and the rescue vehicle,the design standards such as live load 0.6 UIC and corresponding beam stiffness are proposed.Based on the analysis of the Lingnan’s aesthetic habit,the paper puts forward the streamline beam and pier,which are different from the dedicated passenger railway,urban rail transit and urban overhead rail.Through the analysis of various calculation methods such as the stress distribution method in elastic semi-infinite body,it is concluded that the design of pile foundation in soft soil not only simplifies the calculation,but also ensures the safety of the project.The design principle of properly enlarging pile diameter and reinforcing bar is put forward.The calculation and analysis of the influence factors of the main span 150 m concrete continuous beam and the main span 180 m concrete continuous beam arch show that the beam height has a great influence on the creep,controlling the stress difference between the upper and lower edges is very beneficial to reducing the creep,the laying time have a big impact on creep;and when the time of laying the track is earlier than 60 days,creep tends to increase non-linearly,tensioning age and closure sequence have little effect on creep.A series of measures to control the creep of long span prestressed concrete beams are proposed.
