摘  要:本文通过工程案例分析供热燃煤锅炉改燃兰炭在技术上具有可行性,经过对锅炉燃烧室、炉排、烟气处理系统和自控系统改造后可实现超低排放,但烟气处理方面改造投入和运行成本偏高。另外,锅炉本体改造成本也较高,且受到兰炭产地减少污染物排放和运输成本制约,燃料单位热值成本偏高。对于环保要求高且不经常运行的调峰锅炉可推广应用。This article analyzes the technical feasibility of transforming heating coal-fired boilers to burning semi coke through engineering cases.After the boiler combustion chamber,grate,flue gas treatment system and automatic control system are modified,ultra-low emissions can be achieved,but the transformation investment and operating costs are relatively high in the flue gas treatment.In addition,the cost of reforming the boiler itself is also high,and due to the reduction of pollutant emissions and transportation costs by the production area of semi coke,the cost of fuel per calorific value is relatively high.Peak-shaving boilers with high environmental protection requirements and infrequent operation can be promoted and applied.
