摘  要:预制装配式混凝土结构作为建筑工业化的主要结构形式,具有良好的性能。如何进一步推进装配式混凝土结构在直埋式热力管道固定支墩建造中的应用一直是行业关注的热点问题。本文提出一种新型预制装配式固定支墩结构组成并对其施工工艺及安装方法进行了介绍,在此基础上针对装配式固定支墩的稳定性验算和钢筋灌浆套筒连接进行了分析,可为装配式固定支墩的设计和施工提供一定的参考。Prefabricated concrete structure has good performance as the main structural form of building industrialization.How to further promote the application of prefabricated concrete structures in the construction of fixed piers for directly buried thermal pipelines has always been a hot issue in industry.In this paper,a new type of prefabricated fixed pier structure was presented and its construction technology and installation method were introduced.The stability checking calculation and grout sleeve splicing for reinforcing bars were analyzed based on prefabricated fixed pier model,which can provide some reference for the design and construction of the prefabricated fixed pier.
