摘　　要：随着海洋生态文明建设和海洋强国战略的实施,我国海洋经济发展势头良好,产业结构进一步优化,海洋生物医药产业迎来了新的发展契机。通过回顾我国海洋生物医药产业发展历程,分析了该领域的产业技术和产品结构现状,概述了沿海主要海洋生物产业集群地区的发展规划与态势,建议积极开展关键核心技术攻关、刺激高新技术向产业倾斜、构建技术创新支撑体系以及加快新兴产业集聚区建设,以期为我国海洋生物医药产业发展提供参考。我国海洋生物医药具有良好资源基础,在扶持政策持续加码、创新研发能力提升及市场需求不断增长等因素推动下,海洋生物医药产业将迎来持续健康发展。With the construction of marine ecological civilization and the implementation of strategy of maritime power, China’s marine economy shows a fine momentum of development and the industrial structure is further optimized. Marine biopharmaceutical industry has ushered in a new development opportunity. This paper reviewed the development of China’s marine biopharmaceutical industry, analyzed the current situation of technological development and product structure in this area, and summarized the development planning and the trend of major marine biopharmaceutical industry clusters in major coastal cities. In order to provide reference for the development of China’s marine biopharmaceutical industry, it is recommended to actively carry out the research and development of core and key technologies, stimulate the use of new and high technology in marine biophamaceutical industries, build the technological innovation support system, and speed up the construction of emerging industry cluster areas. Marine biological medicine industry has a good resource base in our country. Driven by factors such as the continuous increase of supporting policies, the enhancement of innovation research and development capability, and the increasing demands of market, China’s marine biopharmaceutical industry will usher in a sustainable and healthy development.
