摘 要:在磷矿选矿过程中,选矿废水中除含有大量金属离子外,还含有较多的有机物,对选矿废水进行处理并达标排放,不仅难度大,而且成本高,所以回用处理后的选矿废水很有必要。对废水中常见的Mg^(2+)、SO^(2-)_(4)、PO^(3-)_(4)、Ca^(2+)等离子对磷矿浮选作业的影响进行了试验研究,结果表明:Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)对磷矿正浮选和反浮选影响较大,SO^(2-)_(4)、PO^(3-)_(4)对浮选影响较小。采用双碱法处理选矿废水后,可用于浮选作业,在反浮选过程中可有条件地直接回用废水,实现了废水循环利用,达到了“零排放”目标。In the process of phosphate ore beneficiation,in addition to a large amount of metal ions,the beneficiation wastewater also contains a lot of organic matter.Treating it to meet the discharge standards is not only difficult,but also expensive,so treating wastewater and reusing it are an effective measure.In order to understand the influence of common ions,Mg^(2+)、SO^(2-)_(4)、PO^(3-)_(4) and Ca^(2+),in wastewater on the flotation operation of phosphate rock,an experimental study is carried out.The experimental results show that Ca^(2+) and Mg^(2+) have a greater impact on the direct and reverse flotation of phosphate rock,while SO^(2-)_(4) and PO^(3-)_(4) have less impact on the flotation.After the treatment of beneficiation wastewater by double alkali method,it can be used for flotation operation,and the wastewater can be reused with conditions in the reverse flotation process directly,realizing the recycling of wastewater and achieving the goal of"zero discharge".
