摘　　要：锅炉炉膛结渣包括一系列的化学反应过程,更是一个复杂的流体力学过程,是危及锅炉安全、经济运行的重大隐患。介绍了锅炉炉膛结渣的机理和危害,重点分析了影响锅炉炉膛结渣的主要因素并提出处理方法,以期达到资源综合利用、节能环保、锅炉安全运行的目的。Slagging in the boiler furnace includes a series of chemical reaction processes,it is a complicated fluid mechanics process,and it is a major hidden peril that endangers the safety and economic operation of the boiler.The mechanism and hazards of slagging in the boiler furnace are introduced,and the main factors affecting the slagging in the boiler furnace are mainly analyzed and the treatment methods are proposed in order to achieve the purpose of comprehensive utilization of resources,energy conservation and environmental protection,and safe operation of the boiler.
