摘  要:2012年,花垣县北欧玛鲟鱼养殖有限公司利用从法国卡维亚公司引进的F4代西伯利亚鲟(Acipenser baeri)活体胚胎繁育鱼苗,经过6年养殖培育出可以进行繁殖的亲鱼,并于2018年开始连续3年进行人工繁殖取得成功,孵化出F5代鱼苗。本文着重介绍了从亲鱼人工催产、活体取卵及鱼苗孵化的过程,对亲鱼产卵量、好卵量、出苗量进行了记录,并分析了怀卵率、好卵率、出苗率之间以及与亲鱼体重之间的相关性,以期加快推进产业化应用,实现引进西伯利亚鲟的本土化繁育及商品生产。In 2012,Huahuai County Beiouma Sturgeon Farming Co.,LTD.,using imported from France Card Via Company of F4 generation of Siberian sturgeon(Acipenser baeri)living embryo breeding fish,after six years breeding developed by only can breed,and started for three consecutive years in 2018 to artificial reproductive success,larvae hatched F5 generation.This article introduced from mother artificial oxytocin,living process of eggs and larvae hatch,only for spawning,good egg amount,the emergence of records,and analyzes the pregnant rate of eggs,only between good egg rate,seedling emergence and the correlation between body weight,in order to accelerate the industrialization application of the localization of introduction of Siberian sturgeon breeding and commodity production.
