摘  要:煤结构与煤的反应性、煤成烃特性及其他性质密切相关,掌握煤的组成结构是合理利用煤的前提。在充分分析寺河煤矿煤煤岩煤质的基础上,利用X射线衍射光谱技术(XRD)和傅里叶转换红外光谱技术(FT-IR)对该煤矿煤的微晶结构以及化学组成特征进行深入分析。研究结果表明:寺河煤矿3号煤层的2个典型煤样最大镜质体反射率分别为2.44%和2.87%,属于低灰、特低硫、低挥发分的无烟煤;煤有机显微组分以镜质组和惰质组为主,其中镜质组含量达到70%以上;无机显微组分中主要以黏土类和硫化物类矿物形式存在。2个煤样的XRD测试结果显示煤样层间距(d002)分别为3.496A和3.533A,堆砌度(Lc)分别为19.521A和19.610A,延展度(La)分别为22.273A和23.011A,芳香层数分别为5.584和和5.551,显示煤中芳环堆叠度和延展度高,微晶结构较好;FT-IR测试结果显示煤样的红外光谱参数I1分别为0.80和1.50,I2分别为0.32和0.82,I3分别为0.32和0.15,表明煤中芳香环化程度很高,煤样已达到高变质阶段。The structure of coal is closely related to the reactivity,hydrocarbon generation and other properties of coal.The premise of rational utilization of coal is to master the composition and structure of coal.On the basis of fully analyzing the coal quality of Sihe coal mine,the microcrystalline structure and chemical composition characteristics of Sihe coal mine were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The results show that the maximum vitrinite reflectance of two typical coal samples in Sihe Coal Mine No.3 coal seam is 2.44%and 2.87%respectively,which belongs to anthracite with low ash,ultra-low sulfur and low volatile.The organic macerals are mainly vitrinite and inertinite,of which vitrinite content is more than 70%;inorganic macerals are mainly in the form of clay and sulfide minerals.XRD results of two coal samples show that the interplanar distance(d002)is 3.496 A and 3.533 A,the stacking height(Lc)is 19.521 A and 19.610 A,the layer diameter(La)is 22.273 A and 23.011 A,and the numbers of aromatic layer is 5.584 and 5.551 respectively.The results above show that the coal samples have high degree of aromatic ring stacking and ductility,and have good microcrystalline structure;FT-IR test results show that the infrared spectrum parameters I1,I2 and I3 of coal samples are 0.8 and 1.5,0.32 and 0.82,0.32 and 0.15 respectively,indicating that the degree of aromatic cyclization of coal is very high,and the coal samples have reached a high degree of metamorphism.
