单炉压饼法测定褐煤挥发分国际标准试验研究

摘　　要：基于煤样预先压饼再按单炉法褐煤挥发分测定具有快速、简便、无样品喷溅、结果复现性较好的特点,对单炉压饼法测定褐煤挥发分国际标准提案(ISO 20360《褐煤和柴煤—分析样品挥发分测定—单炉法》)进行试验条件研究,确定该方法中马弗炉的起始加热温度为900℃、放入样品后马弗炉温度3 min内回升至900℃±10℃、煤样压饼压力大于980 N(以质量大于100 kg表示)等试验条件。研究表明:采用单炉压饼法测定褐煤挥发分的测定结果与ISO 5071-1中双炉法的测定结果间无显著性差异,其精密度及正确度均满足要求;单炉压饼法解决了褐煤样品在试验过程中的喷溅问题,同时可节省一半的测定时间及少用1台试验设备,可作为ISO 5071-1(双炉法)的可替代方法。Because that the single furnace cake pressing method for testing volatile matter of brown coals and lignites has characteristics such as rapid,simple,no sample splashing and good reproducibility,the testing conditions of the international standard proposal for the determination of volatile matter of brown coals and lignites by single furnace cake pressing method(ISO 20360 Brown coals and ligntes—Determination of the volatile matter in the analysis sample—one furnace method)were studied.It was determined that the initial heating temperature of muffle furnace is 900℃,the temperature of muffle furnace rises to 900℃±10℃within 3 minutes after the sample is put in it,and the cake pressing pressure of coal sample is greater than 980N(expressed as mass greater than 100 kg).The results show that there is no significant difference between the single furnace cake pressing method and the double furnaces method in ISO 5071-1,and the precision and accuracy can meet the requirements.The single furnace cake pressing method solves the problem of sample splashing of brown coals and lignites in the testing process,and it saves half of the testing time and uses less one testing equipment,so it can be used as an alternative method of ISO 5071-1(double furnaces method).
