摘 要:煤炭全自动制样系统为无需人工操作即可自动完成日常各种煤样制备的智能化设备,其以方差表示的精密度是重要的性能指标之一。根据国内外标准及运用数理统计学,阐明了制样精密度的概念、制样精密度的点估计方法及检验方法原理,提出了全自动制样系统精密度的点估计试验程序,论述了精密度目标值或期望值确定及其精密度是否符合目标值的判定方法,讨论了精密度检验结果的可靠性问题,即当标准规定的连续两次精密度试验结果不一致时如何给出最终试验结论的问题,并举例说明。建议煤炭全自动制样系统的精密度试验采用GB/T 19494. 3和ISO 13909. 7多样本双样试验法并按规范的试验程序进行,制样精密度目标值按VPT^(0)=0. 05PL^(2)确定,制样精密度与目标值或期望值是否具有显著性差异可按标准规定进行判断。但当两组数据所得检验结论不一致时,应首先分析查找原因,解决问题后重新试验。若未发现实质性的原因,则可将两组数据合并后进行χ^(2)检验,或增加一组试验,以三组试验中的其中两组数据所得结论作为最终结论。The coal automatic sample preparation system is an intelligent equipment which can automatically complete the daily preparation of coal samples without manual operation,and its precision expressed in variance is an important performance index. According to national standards,international standards and mathematical statistics,the concept of precision of sample preparation,the point estimation method principle and inspection method principle of sample preparation precision were introduced in the paper. Then the point estimation test procedure of the precision of coal automatic sample preparation system was proposed,weather the precision target value or expected value determination and its precision could meet the target value determination method was discussed. The reliability of precision of test results was discussed,that is,how to do the final conclusion when the results of two consecutive precision tests are inconsistent,the example was given. It is suggested that the precision test of coal automatic sample preparation system should be carried out according to the multiple double sample test method specified in GB/T 19494. 3 and ISO 13909. 7. The target value of the precision of sample preparation should be determined according to VPT^(0)= 0. 05PL^(2),and for whether there is significant difference between precision of the sample preparation and target value or expected value,the judgement should be done according to standard provisions. However,when the test conclusions obtained by the two groups of data are inconsistent,the reasons should be analyzed firstly,then the test should be done repetitively after the problem is solved. If there is no substantial reason,the two groups of data can be combined for χ^(2) test,or a new test can be added,then the final conclusion can be obtained by two groups data among three groups data.
