摘　　要：为解决煤泥采制样过程中存在的粒度细、水分含量高、黏性大、偏差难以控制的问题,达到规范煤泥采制样作业流程的目的,对煤泥的采制样器具、子样质量、子样数量、子样布置及样品制备等环节进行了系统研究与阐述。经过大量的煤泥采制样实践并广泛征求相关专家意见,形成了煤泥采制样安徽省地方标准。介绍了该标准制定的依据和原则,对煤泥采样和制样环节中的主要内容与条款进行了重点分析和解读。通过煤泥采制样地方标准的研发、颁布与实施,解决了煤泥由于自身特性给采制样工作带来的难题,提升了煤泥采制样作业的标准化水平,保证了煤泥质量检验的公平公正性,促进了煤泥贸易的快速发展,取得了良好的经济效益和环境效益。In order to solve the problems in the process of coal slime sampling and preparation of fine particle size such as high moisture content,high viscosity,and deviation is difficult to control,and to achieve the purpose of standardizing the operation process of coal slime sampling and preparation,the stages such as sampling equipment,subsample quality,subsample quantity,subsample arrangement and sample preparation were systematically studied and explained.After a lot of practice of coal slime sampling and preparation,and extensive solicitation of relevant expert opinions,the local standards for coal slime sampling and preparation in Anhui province have been formed.The basis and principles of the formulation of this standard were introduced,and the main content and clauses in the process of coal slime sampling and sample preparation were analyzed and interpreted.Through the research,development,promulgation and implementation of local standards for coal slime sampling and preparation,the problems in sampling and sample preparation caused by characteristics of coal slime were solved.The standardization level of coal slime sampling and preparation operations has been improved,and the fairness of coal slime quality inspection has been ensured.This has promoted the rapid development of coal slime trade and achieved good economic and environmental benefits.
