摘　　要：淋巴系统具有复杂的网状结构,与癌症转移、原发及继发性淋巴水肿等多种疾病密切相关。淋巴管造影对疾病的诊断和预后判断具有重要意义。近年来,淋巴系统造影剂的不断发展与优化,推动了淋巴系统影像学领域的革新。本文对近年来各种淋巴造影剂在不同淋巴造影技术中的应用进展进行综述。The lymphatic system is an intricate network that runs through the body,it has close relation with the occurrence of cancer metastasis,primary and secondary lymphedema and many other diseases.Therefore,great significance should be attached to lymphangiography,as it provides information necessary for the diagnosis and prognostic judgement of the illnesses.In recent years,the development and optimization of contrast media for lymphangiography have enabled constant innovation in the field of lymphatic imaging.In this paper,recent advances of contrast media that applied in different ways of lymphatic imaging were reviewed.
