摘  要:超声刀将微聚焦超声与可视化超声成像结合,根据其设定深度在真皮深层甚至在皮下组织产生热凝固点,同时保障表皮和真皮浅层的完整性。可视化超声成像使超声刀足以实现个体化治疗,提高疗效的同时也降低了副作用的发生率。除了单独使用,超声刀还可以与如聚左旋乳酸和激光等其他微创美容技术联用,从而得到更好的年轻化效果。自2009年被美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)批准用于微创提眉以来,超声刀已在美日韩等国广泛运用于改善和预防皮肤老化。目前,超声刀尚未被批准在国内应用于临床,其疗效和安全性仍有待于进一步观察。Combining microfocused ultrasound and ultrasound imaging,Ulthera creates a microthermal zone of coagulation in the deep dermis or subcutaneous tissue depending on the depth setting,meanwhile,the epidermis and superficial dermis are maintained.Moreover,the ultrasound imaging makes Ulthera an individual treatment,which not only improves therapeutic effect,but also reduces the rate of side effects.Instead of a single use,Ulthera can also be employed with other noninvasive aesthetic technologies,such as poly-L-lactic acid and laser,to provide wider and better effects on rejuvenation.Since Ulthera was cleared by FDA to a noninvasive lifting of eyebrows in 2009,it has been utilized to improve and prevent skin aging in America,Korea,Japan and other countries.To date,Ulthera is not approved in China in consideration of its efficacy and safety.
