摘 要:采用不完全缩聚七苯基硅倍半氧烷三硅醇(T 7-Ph-POSS)和七苯基硅倍半氧烷锂盐(Li-Ph-POSS)作为功能添加剂,以低添加量(1%)制备了2种含多面体低聚硅倍半氧烷(POSS)的环氧树脂(EP)复合材料,并对其热稳定性、光学性能、力学性能和阻燃性能进行了研究。研究表明,T 7-Ph-POSS在EP中呈三维亚微米球形颗粒的分散,分散粒径为0.1~1μm,而Li-Ph-POSS在EP中实现了零维球形纳米颗粒的分散,分散粒径为40 nm左右;2种EP/POSS复合材料的热稳定性均有提升;含有Li-Ph-POSS的EP复合材料具有显著吸收蓝紫光的性质和良好的透明性,甚至在紫光区域的透过率接近于0;相比于纯EP,EP/Li-Ph-POSS的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度分别增加了40.2%,40.8%和3.8%,并且热释放速率峰值和烟释放速率峰值都出现了明显的降低。因此,EP/Li-Ph-POSS亦表现出明显的力学性能和阻燃性能的增强效应。Incompletely condensed hepta-phenyl silsesquioxane trisilanol(T 7-Ph-POSS)and hepta-phenyl silsesquioxane lithium salt(Li-Ph-POSS)were selected as functional additive.Two epoxy resin(EP)composites were prepared by adding 1%of polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(POSS).The thermal stability,optical properties,mechanical properties and flame retardant properties were investigated.The results show that three-dimensional submicron spherical particles of T 7-Ph-POSS are dispersed in the EP matrix,the dispersion particle size is 0.1~1μm.While Li-Ph-POSS displays the dispersion of zero-dimensional spherical nanoparticles,and the dispersion particle size is about 40 nm.The thermal stability of the EP composites is improved.EP/Li-Ph-POSS has the property of absorbing blue-violet light and endows with the excellent transparency,and the transmittance in the purple light region is close to 0.Compared with pure EP,the tensile strength,flexural strength and impact strength of EP/Li-Ph-POSS are increased by 40.2%,40.8%,and 3.8%,respectively,and the peaks of heat release rate and smoke release rate are significantly reduced.Therefore,the mechanical properties and flame retardancy of EP/Li-Ph-POSS are obviously enhanced.
