摘  要:现代能源、电子通讯、生物医用等高技术领域迫切需要具有光、电、磁、生物医用等多功能、复杂、微型、轻量化高分子功能器件,需要解决两大难题:一是高性能高分子微纳米功能复合材料及规模化制备,二是复杂、微型、轻量化功能器件的先进制造技术。文中介绍了近年来作者团队在高分子微纳米功能复合材料和功能器件先进制造方面的研究进展:通过有机无机/杂化、固相剪切碾磨层间剥离、聚合物粉体球形化、分子复合热塑加工等技术,规模化制备了兼具目标功能、加工性和力学性能的新型高分子微纳米功能复合材料,通过3D打印、微型加工、可控发泡等先进制造技术,制备了系列复杂、微型、轻量化高分子功能器件。To adapt to the rapid development of modern energy,electronic communication,biomedical and other high-tech fields,complex,micro and lightweight polymer besed devices with multi-functions,such as light,electric,magnetic,biomedical,etc,are highly demanded.There are two major challenges to be resolved though:one is the scalable production of high performance polymer micro/nano functional composites;and the other is the advanced fabrication techniques for complex,micro and lightweight functional devices that perplex the traditional processing methods.In this article,we briefly reported the recent research work of our group in advancing the progress of polymer micro/nano functional composites and functional devices.Taking advantages of organic/inorganic hybridization,solid-state shear milling,polymer powder spheroidization,molecular complexation technologies,etc.,a series of novel polymer micro/nano functional composites with target functions,excellent processability and mechanical properties were prepared,which fulfilled the essential material requisite for advanced polymer functional devices.Furthermore,state-of-the-art techniques such as 3D printing,micro processing and controllable foaming were employed to create complex,micro and lightweight polymer functional devices,which solved the dilemma that traditional processing technologies lack ability in complex and micro shape handling,while non-traditional processing technologies including 3D printing and micro processing missed functions.The so-made polymer functional devices show great potentials in wide applications for energy,electronic communication,biomedical and other pillar industries.
