摘 要:血液接触类医用高分子材料及器械引发的凝血、溶血等问题是造成治疗失效、医疗事故和治疗成本增加的首要原因。为降低生物材料引发的血栓等副作用及提高医疗器械的长期使用安全性,人们发展了选择性、响应性和响应-反馈性等多种类型的自适应表面。调控范围从蛋白质与材料表面接触的起始反应逐步深入到凝血及溶血、炎症和细胞反应的多级复杂途径,并与多种抗凝血、抗溶血技术联合,极大提升了医疗器械表面的血液相容性和服役期限。文中简要阐述了生物材料诱发血液的凝血和溶血机理,评述了自适应表面在血液接触类材料中的应用现状及研究进展,并介绍了本课题组近年在该领域从事的部分研究工作。Thrombosis and hemolysis caused by blood-contacting devices during implantation,are main sources of device failure,medical accidents and high cost of patients worldwide.To avoid the thrombosis and hemolysis,the self-adaptive surface is constructed and developed from selective surface to responsive surface and self-regulating intelligent surface.The surface targets the whole range from the primary response of proteins in contact with the foreign surface to complex pathways of plasmatic coagulation,inflammation and cellular responses.In addition,the blood compatibility and service life of biomedical devices are improved substantially by the combination of self-adaptive surface with other anti-thrombotic and anti-hemolytic techniques.In this review,the device-associated thrombosis and hemolysis were briefly introduced and the recent progress of self-adaptive surface on blood-contacting biomedical polymer and the related works in our research group were discussed in detail.
