中国古典私家园林营建中的康养思想研究

摘　　要：中国古典私家园林中蕴含着博大精深的康养思想,然而其具体的表达方式有待进一步阐明。通过文献研究、图像研究、诗词研究等方式,以典型私家园林为例,深入挖掘与分析其中康养思想。从康养思想的四种构成方式(养生、身体、心理、社会健康)的含义出发,将其中康养思想的表达方式分为康养园境营建、康养园居生活、康养小园文学等三种,并进一步分析与总结这三种表达方式的内涵。研究结果对当下康养导向的居住区绿地营建的发展具有一定的参考价值与借鉴意义。Chinese classical private gardens contain extensive and profound thoughts of health,but their specific expression ways need to be further clarified.By means of literature research,image research,poetry research,taking typical private gardens as example,this paper deeply excavates and analyzes the thoughts of health.Based on the meaning of four ways of health thoughts(Chinese health and well-being,physical,psychology and social health),the expression of health thoughts are divided into three ways of health garden environment construction,health garden living life and health small garden literature,and the connotation of these three ways of expression is further analyzed and summarized.The research results have certain reference value and significance for the development of the current health-oriented residential green space construction.
